Principal’s Message

Sean Maguire, Principal of Orlando Gifted Academy

Welcome To Orlando Gifted Academy!

Dear Orlando Gifted Academy Families,

As we move into the third month of school, it is wonderful to see the vibrant academic community we are building together this year. The first eight weeks have flown by, filled with exciting challenges and deep learning, and I am so proud of the progress our students are making.

Our goal remains to advance each student's content knowledge while fostering the critical and creative thinking skills they need to thrive. A key part of our success in this mission comes from the rich diversity within our student body. We see it every day in our classrooms: when students from different backgrounds and perspectives collaborate, their learning is profoundly enriched. By embracing our diverse experiences, we prepare our students to become the empathetic and innovative leaders of tomorrow.

Our dedicated teachers and staff continue to build strong partnerships with our families, and we thank you for your continued involvement. Your engagement is vital to our school's success.

As we look ahead to the rest of the semester, please remember that communication is key. Your child's classroom teacher is always the best place to start if you have a question. If you still have concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Crandell, or me, so we can ensure your needs are addressed promptly.

Thank you for being a part of the OGA family. Let's continue to make this a fantastic school year together!

Sincerely,

Mr. Maguire
