On Wednesday, October 22, we will be celebrating Unity Day – a nationwide event that promotes kindness, acceptance, and inclusion, while taking a stand against bullying. The official color of Unity Day is ORANGE, so dig through your closet and pull out anything orange you can find – shirt, scarf, socks, sequins… whatever works! The goal is to turn our school into a wave of orange to show our students that we stand united for kindness, respect, and inclusion. Let’s make it bright, bold, and fun – because the stronger our show of unity, the stronger the message that OGA is a safe place where everyone is cared about and belongs.
