November 2023
Dear Orlando Gifted Academy Families,
I would like to congratulate our students, parents, and teachers on a successful first quarter. It was great to see so many families at our annual Math Night on October 12. Our teachers were able to meet with so many families and share the joy of mathematics. For those who were not able to attend, please be sure to mark your calendars for our Multicultural Night on November 9. It will be a wonderful evening full of music and fun from 5:00-6:00 p.m. as we share activities and crafts that represent and celebrate various cultures.
November is often a time to be thankful, a time to remember and to embrace those who enrich our lives. We are grateful to serve this community and your children. Visiting classrooms and observing teachers while students are engaged in lively and purposeful discussions brings us great joy and excitement. Our wonderful teachers and staff continue to work diligently and tirelessly to meet the needs of all students.
The holidays are a time to focus on family and gratitude. We have much to be grateful for during the month of November! I am thankful to serve as the proud principal of such an amazing school family.
