Principal’s Message

Subject: Wishing our Orlando Gifted Academy families a wonderful summer!

Dear Orlando Gifted Academy Families,

As we bring an incredible school year to a close, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude. Thank you for your unwavering support, your volunteer hours, and for partnering with us to make this year a success.

Summer is a wonderful time to rest, recharge, and make memories with family and friends. While we want our Owls to take a well-deserved break, we also encourage you to keep curiosity alive. Reading, outdoor exploration, and family activities are great ways to learn. Small, everyday moments often become the best learning opportunities.

Our staff is already hard at work preparing for a fantastic return in the fall. Please mark your calendars for these upcoming events:

  • Meet Your Teacher: Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • First Day of School: Tuesday, August 11, 2026

Please keep an eye on ParentSquare and the school website for additional updates. Supply lists are being updated throughout the summer, so please check our Orlando Gifted Academy Website to see what your student will need.

Wishing you all a safe, healthy, and happy summer break!

Warmly,

Mr. Sean Maguire
Principal, Orlando Gifted Academy
